Cloud Inn (“we”, “us”) is an AI implementation consultancy based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, business name and the content of your message. Our booking page is provided by Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy. We do not buy, sell or trade personal information.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct calls, and — where you become a client — deliver our services. We only send marketing material where you have asked for it, and every message includes a way to opt out.
Systems we build for clients are designed so that business and customer data stays in accounts the client controls, with Australian-region hosting preferred. We do not use client data to train public AI models, and we document each system’s data flow as part of the engagement.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@cloudinn.io. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
